Fate is kind

On April 1, companies all over Japan hold ceremonies to welcome their new employees.

My daughter attends a company orientation today, and then
initially the new recruits will undergo about 10 days training period staying at a hotel.

The first day of her at work,
she got up unusually at an early hour in the morning.

She looked so happy during I drove my car to the Yokohama station
to be in time for their commute with my husband.

I'm a little worried whether she can start a career with both feet from today.

All I hope is for you to be happy and good health.

Not need to fear failures, but
don't blame your environment for your failure.
Teamwork is the key to victory.
Smile through laborious works.

The future's not ours to see.

However, I believe Fate is kind.

There is no use of worrying too much.
What will be will be.
